Chechen in Georgia settled in the nineteenth century and began to live in Pankisi Gorge but with the influence of the Georgian language, Kist language developed another manner of speaking. People living in Pankisi speak the same Chechen language which is spoken in Chechen mountain villages nowadays but now it has changed a bit. For example people from Birkiani, ‘’Birkianelebi’’ speak more smoothly than the people in other villages and people form Omalo, ‘’Omaloelebi’’ sound harder. Duisi people ‘’Duiselebi’’ sound more musical . Jokolo residents, ‘’Jokoloelebi’’ dialect also is a bit different
